Manoa Waterfall
Manoa Waterfall
One of the most popular waterfalls on Oahu, the Manoa Waterfall is easy to access and the related Manoa Falls Hike a fun family-friendly experience on the island.
Usually known as Manoa Falls, this Oahu waterfall is located in the lush Manoa Valley not too far from the tourist mecca of Waikiki. At just under a mile from the parking lot, Manoa Falls is definitely worth the hike!
Many first-time visitors to Oahu are thrilled by the fact that just a few minutes from the urban jungle of Waikiki, they can immerse themselves in an unbelievably dense Hawaii tropical rainforest setting, straight out of Jurassic Park!

At 150 feet, the Manoa Waterfall is impressive, and it flows all year long, although the flow tends to be less in the summer months. But as a plus, the Manoa Falls Trail is less muddy in the drier months, making the hike easier.

The plunge pool at the bottom of Manoa Falls is small but lovely. Swimming in the Manoa Falls pool is not recommended!
